MSAC members strive to live their best lives even as MS takes so much from them. Your gifts give them a place to come each week for exercise and physical therapy, activities to improve their daily living and engage them cognitively and creatively, and the special connections they make with each other and the MSAC staff.

For persons with progressed multiple sclerosis, exercise and even just moving become daily challenges. Yet physical activity is so helpful in managing many MS symptoms.
